2.1 Professional Skills Development Services

We provide live coaching sessions, interactive workshops, and personalized training programs designed to enhance professional abilities. Sessions are scheduled in advance upon completion of payment.

2.2 Digital Learning Products

Digital products include online courses, e-books, and downloadable training materials. Access is granted via our platform upon successful purchase.

2.3 Physical Products

Physical items such as printed workbooks and branded materials are available and shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.

3. Fees and Payment

All prices are quoted in the currency displayed on the site and include applicable taxes where required. Payment must be made in full before service delivery or product shipment.

4. Refund and Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure satisfaction with all offerings. The following policies apply based on the type of purchase:

4.1 Professional Skills Development Services

Cancellations submitted at least 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after that window cannot receive a refund but may be rescheduled once at no extra charge, subject to availability. Customized or third-party arrangements are non-refundable once confirmed but may be rescheduled.

4.2 Digital Learning Products

Digital products are refundable if requested within 7 calendar days of purchase and if no more than 25% of the content has been accessed. Requests beyond this period or for products accessed beyond this threshold are not eligible.

4.3 Physical Products

Items may be shipped back within 30 days of delivery, in their original condition and packaging. Customers cover shipping costs to send back the item. Upon receipt and inspection, we process a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

5. Scheduling and Rescheduling

To reschedule a service appointment, contact us at least 48 hours before the original date via our contact form. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your requested time change at no additional charge.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and materials on skillliftingpro.com are the exclusive property of SkillLiftingPro or our licensors and are protected by copyright laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkillLiftingPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of services or products.
